Psychometric Assessments

Psychometric assessments are tests that measure an individual’s personality type, values, skills, strengths, challenges, or interests. Although not mandatory, these assessments can be beneficial to therapy as they increase self-awareness and are especially useful when working on developing oneself, relationships, and careers. While formal standardized psychometric assessments are available, other less formal assessments are also available and can be used as guides in therapy.

As listed below, the licenced administration and interpretation of three standardized tests (MBTI, NEO, and Strong) are available to clients as well as other assessments depending on the client’s interests and needs. Kindly note that the cost of each assessment varies and is additional to the cost of therapy sessions. Some informal assessments are available at no charge.
